1956 and famous for its prawn roe tossed noodles. There are two shops in to Shum Shui Po.

The shop provides self-service pickled
carrot for free and it is quite appetizing, with a little bit sour and sweet
taste. Good to try it before eating the
noodles.

The Wonton Noodle 雲吞麵
The quantity of noodles is enough, which
has 4 big wantons in a bowl. The fillings
are tasty and generous; I can taste two small shrimps and minced meat
inside. Price is reasonable as well,
which costs only $25 HKD. Overall, It is good value for money!
雲吞的份量很足夠，一碗有四大粒，好味！食得出蝦及豬肉混合的味道。而且性價比很高，一碗盛惠25蚊!
The Chinese shrimp roe dry noodle 蝦子撈麵
Shrimp roe flavor was rich, but wasn't too
strong or aromatic in taste. . Noodles are quite elastic. Different kind of combination
with the dry noodles can be ordered, for examples, wontons, beef briskets or
dumplings. Overall, it is worth trying.
蝦子很多，但不算很濃味，麵很有彈性，可以配合不同食料來撈麵，如雲吞、牛腩、水餃等。總結黎講，抵食，值得一試！
