There is a “hidden ramen workshop” located at Dragon Centre in Sham Shui Po, selling few types of Japanese Tsukemen noodles. The menu was so simple because the chef wants to focus on the quality instead of choices.  Here is the menu and its signature dishes.SPD4459

From top to bottom:

隱世白伝White Legend: Original bonito based sauce SPD4459 
隱世黑伝Black Legend: Garlic oil in bonito SPD4459 
隱世赤伝Red Legend: tomato in bonito - apparently spicy.SPD4459 

Also, there was an instruction to tech people the best way to taste its tsukemen noodles.  The soup is not recommended to drink directly. It is better to dip the noodle into the bowl of soup and then slurp it up.SPD4459 

原來連食法都好講究架, 有教學. 湯不宜直接飲用, 建議把拉麵浸在湯內食用SPD4459 

White Legend白伝:

It cost $78hkd and the soup was quite strong in garlicky and salty taste, the noodles were smooth and quite elastic. The eggs taste was very fresh and pronounced.  However, the noodles stick together at the end because the soup became cold and without water.  Overall, it was a nice try but price was a bit expensive with compare to other noodles shops in Sham Shui Po.SPD4459 

盛惠$78大元, 湯有很濃的蒜味咸味, 拉麵很彈牙很滑. 雞蛋都好新鮮. 不過拉麵放耐左會比較黏稠, 因為湯變濃了. 最後, 感覺不錯, 不過跟同區的麵相比的確貴了點.SPD4459

From Sham Shui Po MTR station Exit C2 Kakurega Ramen Factory is around 7 minutes by walking to Dragon Centre. Go straight alone Apliu Street  and walk alone Yen Chow Street, you will see a big Dragon Centre and Kakurega Ramen Factory is in the 7/F.

鄰近港鐵C2出口, 沿鴨寮街直行, 再往欽周街走, 會看到西九龍中心, 上7樓就是隠家拉麵工場, 全程約7分鐘左右.
